Terms and conditions for applying and participating in the competition.
These Participation Terms ("Terms") govern your application and potential participation in the Beauty Euro Girls International Competition ("Competition"). By submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To be eligible to participate in the Competition, applicants must meet the criteria for their selected category:
Age is determined as of the date of the Grand Final. Participants under 18 years of age must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
All applications must be submitted via the official registration form on the Beauty Euro Girls website. Applications must be complete and accurate. Falsification of any information will result in immediate disqualification.
The selection process consists of multiple rounds, potentially including regional selections and interviews, culminating in the Grand Final. The decisions of the judging panel and the Beauty Euro Girls organisation are final and binding in all respects.
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and sportsmanlike manner at all times during the Competition and related events. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, including but not limited to bullying, harassment, or bringing the Competition into disrepute, may result in disqualification.
By participating in the Competition, you grant Beauty Euro Girls the right to use your name, likeness, photographs, video recordings, and biographical information for promotional and marketing purposes across all media formats globally, without further compensation.
Details regarding travel, accommodation, and related expenses for the Grand Final and any preliminary events will be communicated to the selected finalists. Participants may be responsible for certain expenses unless explicitly stated otherwise by the organisation.
Official prizes for the Beauty Euro Girls 2026 edition are as follows. Exact sponsor gifts and package contents may be updated and will be confirmed in writing to finalists.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The organisation reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value. Any applicable taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Beauty Euro Girls reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition or any part thereof at any time due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, or legal requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beauty Euro Girls and its affiliates, sponsors, and partners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from your participation in the Competition or acceptance of any prize.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
